Our Sustainability Management solution combined with our Health, Safety and Environment and Supplier Management solutions work together to implement key business processes necessary to drive your organisation’s sustainable development.

Our Sustainability Management solution incorporates modules designed to support key business processes such as stakeholder engagement and materiality assessment, risk and opportunities management, social investment strategies, supply chain prequalification, compliance and ESG data capture and assurance audit programs. Each module is powered by workflow and action management and linked to out-of-the-box and configurable reporting and analytics tools.

Our Sustainability Reporting modules can capture and incorporate data either directly from the management processes and/or as a standalone ingesting data and information from all your existing internal and external data sources.

With our Sustainability Reporting framework, you can select and define relevant key performance indicators (KPIs). The data cataloguing and capture functions handle all kinds of single and aggregated data, conversion factors, data tagging and calculations. Our Carbon and Energy module will store all your GHG and Energy factors and other carbon related reference information. Our Import Services are flexible and intelligent enough to integrate with other internal and external data sources.

Supplier Management Solution

Our centralised Supplier Register captures the essential details of companies that supply goods and services to your organisation. Classify and rank suppliers based on their goods, services and activities, operating and materials-sourcing regions. From there, electronically deploy risk-based prequalification assessments to automate the approval process and compliance information capture.

Once suppliers are registered and approved, there’s a range of tools to monitor ongoing compliance, capture events involving suppliers, assign corrective actions, collect sustainability data such as Scope 3 Emissions and gauge performance results from supplier audits.

Reduce the manual paperwork involved in supplier personnel coming to site with workflow-based electronic Site Access Requests. Supplier Representatives can request to send their personnel to site and upload all relevant information before arriving. Tools for ongoing competency monitoring and relevant injury or health management plans further extends your health and safety management to encompass supplier personnel on site.
